The White Horse is here and we are taking resume submissions for the below positions.

Located on Crown St in the heart of Surry Hills, the White Horse a multi-storey venue that features a restaurant on the ground floor, public bar and outdoor open air terrace on the first floor, and a private function space on the third.

You will be working with Culinary Director Jed Gerrard (Will’s Domain, Wildflower, Hearth), serving and making cocktails from a list by Michael Chiem (PS40, Bulletin Place, Sokyo), and learning wine from a list by Jame Audas (Lo-fi wines, Bar Heather, Noma, Tetsuya).

We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join the team.
